Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your MystiCodex subscription. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation terms for paid plans.
7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase. This guarantee applies to first-time subscribers only and covers the first billing period.
To request a refund under this guarantee, email us at support@mysticodex.com within 7 days of your purchase. Include the email address associated with your account. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
After the 7-Day Period
After the 7-day satisfaction guarantee period has passed, no refunds are issued for digital subscription services. MystiCodex subscriptions provide immediate access to digital features upon purchase, and we cannot reverse the delivery of digital goods already consumed. This includes partial-month refunds.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- Navigate to your Account Settings page.
- Click "Manage Subscription" to open the Stripe Customer Portal.
- Follow the prompts to cancel your plan.
What Happens After Cancellation
When you cancel, you will continue to have access to your paid features for the remainder of your current billing period. Once the billing period ends, your account will revert to the Free tier. Your user-created content (spells, journal entries, Grimoire notes) is retained, though some features may become inaccessible until you resubscribe.
Exceptions
We may consider refunds outside the 7-day window on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances, such as extended service outages or billing errors caused by our systems. Contact support@mysticodex.com to discuss your situation.
