Three of Pentacles

A sculptor works on a cathedral arch while a monk and an architect consult plans beside him. Three pentacles are carved into the stonework. Upright, the Three of Pentacles represents teamwork, collaboration, craftsmanship, skill, and the recognition that comes from doing excellent work alongside others. Reversed, it warns of poor teamwork, lack of effort, mediocrity, or disregard for others' contributions.
